Shipping Policy

At Tortilla Familia, our mission is simple — get the freshest, highest quality tortillas to your door, no matter where you are in the USA. We know you're spending your hard-earned money, and we take that seriously.

How We Ship

Every order of tortillas is boxed and shipped within 24 hours of being cooked. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery Timeframes

We ship via FEDEX and USPS and estimated delivery is 2–7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Tortilla Familia is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather events, natural disasters, or any other circumstances outside of our control.

Based on over 100,000 successful shipments, we are confident that tortillas shipped promptly after cooking and arriving within this window will be in excellent, fully acceptable condition.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please use this information to monitor your delivery. If your tracking shows a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly as the first point of contact for delivery status questions.

Incorrect Addresses & Missed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Tortilla Familia is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt provided by the customer. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements in these situations.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please do the following immediately: (1) photograph the damage before opening or discarding any packaging, and (2) contact us at hello@tortillafam.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to open a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note that Tortilla Familia is not liable for carrier damage — the shipping carrier is responsible for packages once they leave our facility. Resolution is subject to the carrier's claims process and is not guaranteed.

Late Deliveries

If your package arrives more than 8 days after your estimated delivery date, you may be eligible to submit a claim. Contact us at hello@tortillafam.com with your order number and tracking information. Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for review.

All Sales Are Final

Because our tortillas are a fresh, perishable food product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. For full details, please review our [Refund Policy].
